Romans 3:10

What does Romans 3:10 mean?
Paul is quoting the Psalms here to make a sobering point: nobody gets a perfect moral scorecard on their own. He's not saying people are worthless or that goodness doesn't exist in human hearts, but rather that none of us meets God's standard of complete holiness without help.
