What does Romans 16:15 mean?
Paul closes his letter by sending greetings to a handful of named believers, then extends the blessing to "all the saints" gathered with them. This wasn't just politeness, it was pastoral care, showing that he held real people and their communities close to his heart even though he hadn't founded their church himself.
