Romans 10:14
“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?”
What does Romans 10:14 mean?
Paul is laying out a chain of connection that starts with hearing and leads to faith. He's asking: if no one tells people about Jesus, how can they possibly believe in him? And if they don't believe, how can they call out to him for help? It's a series of logical questions meant to show that faith requires someone sharing the message first.
