Romans 10:12
“For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him.”
What does Romans 10:12 mean?
Paul is telling us that God doesn't play favorites based on ethnicity, background, or heritage. Whether you're Jewish, Greek, or anything else, you stand on equal footing before God, and He offers His riches (His grace, mercy, and presence) equally to anyone who reaches out to Him in faith. This was radical news for a church that was still figuring out how Jews and non-Jews could worship together. Paul's point cuts deeper than just getting along: he's saying that what matters to God isn't where you come from, but whether you're willing to call on Him. God's generosity and power aren't limited or rationed. They're available to all of us without exception.
