Revelation 5:13
“I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!””
What does Revelation 5:13 mean?
In this moment, John witnesses all of creation, from the highest heavens to the depths below, joining together in one unified song of worship. Every creature, every being, every part of the cosmos acknowledges Jesus (the Lamb) and God the Father (who sits on the throne) as worthy of all praise, honor, and power. It's a vision of ultimate harmony, where even things that seem at odds with each other recognize the same truth about who deserves their devotion. For those of us struggling or doubting, this passage invites us to imagine a day when all confusion and division falls away, and everything creation was made for finally comes into alignment.
