What does Revelation 14:5 mean?

This describes people in God's presence who have been made completely whole, whose words and hearts are finally aligned with truth. It's not saying they were perfect on earth, but rather that they've been transformed to the core, so deception no longer lives in them. For anyone who's struggled with dishonesty, broken promises, or the weight of keeping up appearances, this verse points to a kind of freedom that seems almost impossible: a life where you don't have to perform, hide, or twist the truth to protect yourself. That restoration is what God promises to those who belong to him.
