What does Psalms 94:4 mean?

When people are caught up in pride and wrongdoing, they often can't help but broadcast it. Their words become loud and boastful, as if their arrogance might convince others (or themselves) that what they're doing is justified or impressive. The psalmist is describing a real human pattern: those who know they're doing wrong frequently try to cover it with swagger and bluster. It's a moment of honest observation about how evil tends to announce itself rather than stay hidden, which makes it easier to recognize and resist.
