What does Psalms 78:13 mean?

God parted the Red Sea so the Israelites could escape Egypt on dry ground, with the water standing up like walls on either side of them. This happened during one of the most defining moments in Israel's history, when they were trapped between Pharaoh's army and the sea with nowhere to go. The psalmist is reminding people that God showed up in their darkest moment with power and protection, making the impossible possible. For those reading this, it's an invitation to remember that the God who did this kind of thing then is still present when we face our own impossible situations.
