What does Psalms 15:2 mean?

Walking blamelessly doesn't mean being perfect, but rather living with integrity, where your words and actions line up with what's true and good. The psalm is describing someone whose life reflects honesty, not just on the surface where others can see it, but deep down in their thoughts and motivations. Speaking truth "in his heart" means you're not deceiving yourself or nursing secret resentments, but actually believing and living out what you claim to value. This is a portrait of trustworthiness, the kind of person others can rely on because there's no hidden agenda or double standard between public and private life.
