Psalms 147:10
“He doesn’t delight in the strength of the horse. He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.”
What does Psalms 147:10 mean?
God isn't impressed by human power or physical might, no matter how impressive it looks on the surface. This psalm is reminding us that all the things we often trust in—military strength, athletic ability, human determination—don't actually move God's heart or earn his favor. What matters to him is something deeper: trust, faithfulness, and a humble spirit that turns toward him rather than relying on our own resources.
