What does Psalms 145:13 mean?

The psalmist is painting a picture of God's rule that never fails or fades, stretching unbroken from the distant past into a future beyond our imagining. When he says God is "faithful in all his words," he means that everything God has promised actually comes to pass, and when he says God is "loving in all his deeds," he's declaring that God's actions toward us are grounded in care, not indifference or cruelty. For anyone facing uncertainty or loss, this verse offers an anchor: whatever changes in our lives, God's character remains steady and trustworthy. The promise isn't that difficult things won't happen, but that we're held by someone whose love and honesty never waver across generations.
