Psalms 141:5
“Let the righteous strike me, it is kindness; let him reprove me, it is like oil on the head; don’t let my head refuse it; Yet my prayer is always against evil deeds.”
What does Psalms 141:5 mean?
The psalmist is asking God for something many of us instinctively resist: honest correction from people who care about us. He's saying that when someone righteous confronts him about his mistakes, he wants to receive it as a gift, not a wound, because it helps him grow.
