Psalms 135:15
“The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.”
What does Psalms 135:15 mean?
This psalm is reminding us that all the gods people worship (except the true God) are just objects made by human hands, crafted from valuable materials like silver and gold. The point isn't that these materials are bad, but that no statue or carved image, no matter how precious or beautiful, can actually be alive or powerful.
