Psalms 109:6
“Set a wicked man over him. Let an adversary stand at his right hand.”
What does Psalms 109:6 mean?
When the psalmist calls for a wicked ruler and accuser to be placed over someone, he's asking God to let justice fall on his enemy in the most devastating way possible. In ancient times, having someone stand at your right hand meant having a powerful opponent ready to challenge and condemn you in court or in public.
