Psalms 103:7
“He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.”
What does Psalms 103:7 mean?
God revealed himself through both private instruction and public action. Moses encountered God intimately through their conversations and learned the deeper reasons behind God's plans, while the broader community of Israel witnessed those same purposes unfold through miracles and God's guidance in their lives. This tells us that God doesn't work in only one way, but meets people where they are, showing his character both to individuals who seek him closely and to whole communities through what he actually does in their midst.
