What does Proverbs 16:7 mean?
When our lives are oriented toward what God values, something remarkable happens: even people who oppose us often soften. This doesn't mean everyone will suddenly like us, but it speaks to a real pattern many have experienced, where living with integrity, kindness, and faithfulness creates a kind of spiritual gravity that draws people toward peace rather than conflict. The proverb suggests that right living has effects beyond what we can control or manipulate.
