What does Philippians 4:13 mean?
Paul wrote this while imprisoned, facing genuine hardship and uncertainty about whether he'd even survive to see the Philippians again. Yet he's not claiming he can do literally anything, like fly or move mountains. He's saying that whatever circumstances God calls him to face, he has the spiritual strength to endure them with faith and integrity intact. This is comfort for the weary.
