What does Numbers 16:19 mean?

When Korah and his followers gathered to confront Moses and Aaron, they thought they were staging a political challenge against the leadership. Instead, God showed up visibly to the entire crowd, making it clear that this wasn't a human dispute to be settled by debate or voting. The appearance of God's glory would have been unmistakable, terrifying, and impossible to ignore, stopping everyone in their tracks. Sometimes when we're caught up in conflict or convinced we're right about something, God's presence breaks through to remind us that there's a reality bigger than our arguments, and we're not the center of the story.
