What does Numbers 12:7 mean?
God is defending Moses after his siblings Aaron and Miriam have spoken against him, questioning whether Moses is truly God's only spokesperson. What makes Moses stand out isn't that he's perfect or flawless, but that he's trustworthy and reliable in fulfilling what God has asked of him. When God says Moses is "faithful in all my house," it's like calling someone the most dependable person in the family, the one you can always count on to do what matters most. Moses wasn't winning a popularity contest, even among his own family, yet God's assessment of him was rooted in something deeper: his consistent faithfulness.
