Numbers 1:3
“from twenty years old and upward, all who are able to go out to war in Israel. You and Aaron shall count them by their divisions.”
What does Numbers 1:3 mean?
God is asking Moses and Aaron to register all the men in Israel who are old enough and physically capable of fighting.
