Nehemiah 1:9
“but if you return to me, and keep my commandments and do them, though your outcasts were in the uttermost part of the heavens, yet I will gather them from there, and will bring them to the place that I have chosen, to cause my name to dwell there.’”
What does Nehemiah 1:9 mean?
God is making a promise through Nehemiah that no exile is permanent or beyond His reach. Even if His people were scattered to the farthest corners of the earth, He would gather them back if they turned to Him and lived according to His ways.
