What does Matthew 9:22 mean?

A woman who had suffered for twelve years touched Jesus' garment hoping for healing, and he immediately felt her faith and turned to acknowledge her. His words "cheer up" weren't dismissing her pain, but inviting her into a new reality where she no longer had to carry her burden alone. Jesus connected her healing directly to her trust in him, showing that faith isn't about perfect confidence but about reaching out when you're desperate enough to try. From that moment forward, her physical healing matched an inner restoration, as if Jesus was saying: you are seen, you are worthy of wholeness, and your trust has brought you home.
