What does Matthew 21:29 mean?
This is part of Jesus' parable about two sons asked to work in their father's vineyard. The first son refuses outright, his words sharp and final. But then something shifts in him: he reconsiders, feels remorse, and goes to do what his father asked. Jesus tells this story to show that what matters most isn't perfect words or a polished first response, but whether we ultimately turn around and act with obedience and love.
