What does Matthew 18:30 mean?
This moment captures the cruelty of an unmerciful servant who's just been forgiven an enormous debt by his king, yet turns around and throws a fellow servant into prison over a much smaller debt. The contrast is stark and purposeful: the servant had just experienced overwhelming grace, yet he refused to extend even basic compassion to someone in his same situation.
