What does Mark 3:26 mean?
Jesus is making a logical argument here to show why accusations against him don't make sense. His critics were claiming he cast out demons by Satan's power, but Jesus points out that Satan wouldn't sabotage his own operations by driving out his own demons. A kingdom at war with itself collapses, and an organization fighting its own ranks can't survive for long. The deeper point is about consistency and truth. If you're going to accuse someone of working with evil, at least make sure the claim holds together logically.
