What does Mark 1:36 mean?

After Jesus healed Simon Peter's mother-in-law and then spent the evening casting out demons from many people in the town, word spread fast. The next morning, while it was still dark, Jesus slipped away to a quiet place to pray. Simon and the others woke up, realized Jesus was gone, and went searching for him because they wanted more of what they'd seen the night before. There's something very human in this moment, isn't it? They were eager, maybe a little anxious, wanting to stay close to someone doing extraordinary things. It reminds us that following Jesus isn't always about having perfect understanding, sometimes it simply starts with wanting to be near him and see what he will do next.
