What does Luke 24:53 mean?
After Jesus ascended to heaven, his followers stayed in Jerusalem filled with joy rather than despair. They gathered regularly at the temple, the center of Jewish worship, to praise God and bless his name, which means they spoke gratitude and honor toward him.
