What does Leviticus 8:4 mean?
When Moses called the people together at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, he was beginning a significant moment: the formal consecration of Aaron and his sons as priests. This gathering shows the community witnessing something sacred and official, not done in secret but publicly, so everyone could see that God's instructions were being followed exactly. For people in a hard season, there's something reassuring in seeing a leader who simply does what was asked of him without debate or delay.
