Leviticus 26:11
“I will set my tent among you, and my soul won’t abhor you.”
What does Leviticus 26:11 mean?
God is making a tender promise here: he's choosing to live in the midst of his people, not from a distance. The image of a tent (which later becomes the tabernacle and temple) means God is present, accessible, and committed to the community.
