What does Leviticus 19:35 mean?

This verse calls us to honesty in our everyday dealings, especially in business and trade. In ancient Israel, as in any society, people could cheat one another by using false weights and measures, so God explicitly commanded fairness in these practical matters. The principle extends beyond the marketplace though: it's about integrity when we're in any position to help or harm someone through our decisions or actions. When we're honest in small things and large things, we're reflecting God's character and building communities where people can trust each other.
