What does Leviticus 15:11 mean?
When someone with a bodily discharge touched another person without washing their hands first, that person became ceremonially unclean and had to wash their clothes and bathe themselves. The uncleanness lasted until evening, after which they were considered clean again. This law was part of Israel's system for maintaining ritual purity, which helped the community understand boundaries around illness and contamination.
