Leviticus 1:14

When someone in ancient Israel wanted to bring a burnt offering but couldn't afford a larger animal like a lamb or goat, God made provision for them to bring birds instead, specifically turtledoves or young pigeons. This wasn't a second-class offering or a way to cut corners, but a genuine path for poorer people to participate in worship and draw near to God.
