What does Judges 3:24 mean?
When Ehud assassinated the Moabite king Eglon, he slipped away quietly, leaving the king's body behind locked doors. The servants who arrived found the chambers sealed and assumed their master was in the privacy of the bathroom (the Hebrew phrase "covering his feet" was a euphemism for using the toilet).
