Joshua 23:15
“It shall happen that as all the good things have come on you of which Yahweh your God spoke to you, so Yahweh will bring on you all the evil things, until he has destroyed you from off this good land which Yahweh your God has given you,”
What does Joshua 23:15 mean?
Joshua is warning the people of Israel that God's promises work both ways: just as the good things he promised have come true, so will the consequences of disobedience if they turn away from him. This isn't a threat meant to frighten, but a serious reminder that being in relationship with God involves real responsibility, not just privilege.
