Joshua 13:14

What does Joshua 13:14 mean?
The tribe of Levi received something different from all the other Israelite tribes: instead of land, they were given the sacred offerings and sacrifices that belonged to God. This wasn't a punishment but actually a privileged calling, since the Levites were set apart as priests and temple workers whose job was to serve God directly.
