What does Joshua 10:12 mean?
Joshua faces an impossible situation: his army is winning a battle, but darkness is falling and the enemy will escape. In desperation and faith, he calls out to God—not quietly, but publicly, in front of all Israel—asking the sun and moon to stay in place so there's enough light to finish the fight.
