What does John 7:1 mean?
Jesus was moving cautiously through Galilee rather than returning to Judea, where the religious authorities had already decided they wanted him dead. This wasn't fear making him reckless or careless, but wisdom guiding his steps. He knew his time would come, but he wasn't going to walk into a trap before God's appointed moment. Sometimes the most faithful choice isn't rushing toward danger, but continuing your work where you're called and trusted, waiting for God's timing rather than forcing outcomes.
