What does John 12:22 mean?

Philip and Andrew were two of Jesus's disciples who got pulled into an interesting moment. Some Greeks who had come to Jerusalem for Passover wanted to meet Jesus, and they approached Philip asking for an introduction. Rather than going straight to Jesus himself, Philip brought in Andrew, and together they brought the request to Jesus. What's touching here is how naturally they worked together, checking with each other before approaching their teacher. It shows a kind of humble teamwork, even among the disciples, as if they weren't sure how Jesus would respond and wanted to figure it out together. These small moments in the Gospels remind us that the people following Jesus were real people who sometimes hesitated, consulted each other, and moved carefully through uncertain situations, much like we do today.
