What does Job 40:10 mean?

God is inviting Job to step into a kind of authority and presence that Job hasn't claimed for himself. After pages of Job's complaints and self-doubt, God is essentially saying: "Clothe yourself with strength and dignity, carry yourself with honor." It's not arrogance God is calling for, but rather a grounded confidence that comes from understanding your place in creation and your worth. This moment comes near the end of God's long speech, where God has been reminding Job of the vastness and complexity of the world. By asking Job to "array himself" this way, God seems to be saying that Job can stand tall not because everything is explained or fair, but because there's a dignity available to him even in the midst of unanswered questions. For anyone wrestling with shame, doubt, or feeling diminished by circumstances, this is a surprisingly tender invitation to reclaim your own presence.
