Job 38:17
“Have the gates of death been revealed to you? Or have you seen the gates of the shadow of death?”
What does Job 38:17 mean?
God is asking Job a penetrating question: have you ever stood at the boundary between life and death, or truly understood what lies beyond it? These "gates" represent the threshold we all must cross, the point where human knowledge and control simply end.
