What does Job 33:6 mean?

Elihu is reminding Job that despite their disagreement, they're fundamentally equal in God's eyes. Both of them are human beings, shaped from the same earthly material, and neither has special standing before God that would make one inherently more worthy of listening to the other. It's a surprisingly humble moment in the book, where Elihu acknowledges he's not speaking from some elevated position, but rather as someone in the same human condition as Job. This can comfort us when we're struggling to be heard or understood, knowing that our shared humanity means we deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
