What does Job 24:2 mean?
In Job's time, property boundaries were marked by stones that people could move to steal land from their neighbors. This verse describes how some people exploit the vulnerable by literally shifting these landmarks to claim fields and pastures that aren't theirs, then use that stolen land to graze their own flocks.
