What does Job 18:11 mean?
Bildad, one of Job's friends, is describing what happens to the wicked when God's judgment catches up with them. The image here is visceral: fear becomes inescapable, chasing someone like a predator at their heels, closing in from every direction with nowhere left to run or hide.
