What does Jeremiah 7:5 mean?

God is speaking through Jeremiah to people who've drifted far from what matters most: treating each other fairly and with integrity. The prophet is saying that real change isn't about empty religious rituals or saying the right words in prayer, but about actually living differently in how we interact with the people around us every day. When we see injustice between neighbors or colleagues, we're called to address it, not look away. This is a reminder that faith that doesn't touch how we treat others is incomplete.
