What does Jeremiah 33:15 mean?

Jeremiah spoke these words during the darkest days of Jerusalem's fall, when God's people faced exile and the kingdom seemed utterly finished. Yet he promises that God will restore a righteous leader from David's line, someone who will bring justice and fairness back to the land. This "Branch" became a symbol of hope that God hadn't abandoned His people, and Christians understand it as pointing toward Jesus, whose reign brings true justice and restoration. For anyone feeling like circumstances are beyond repair, this verse reminds us that God works through seasons of loss to bring something genuinely new and good.
