What does Jeremiah 30:2 mean?

God is calling Jeremiah to preserve his message in written form so it won't be lost or distorted as time passes. This was radical in Jeremiah's day, when most important information was memorized and passed orally, but God wanted these particular words recorded permanently. The instruction reveals how serious and enduring God considered these messages about both judgment and restoration. For us today, it's a reminder that God's word matters enough to be carefully kept and passed down, and that writing down what we learn from Scripture or hear from God can deepen our faith and help us remember what we might otherwise forget.
