What does Isaiah 66:18 mean?

God is announcing that he sees everything about us, down to our deepest thoughts and what we actually do. The promise here isn't about judgment, though, but about a future gathering where all people, no matter where they're from or what language they speak, will witness God's glory together. This speaks to a kind of unity and revelation that transcends all human divisions. It's meant to comfort believers by reminding them that God's knowledge of us is complete and that his plan includes bringing people from every corner of creation into his presence.
