Isaiah 57:19
“I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near,” says Yahweh; “and I will heal them.””
What does Isaiah 57:19 mean?
God is saying that he creates peace through spoken words, and that this peace is offered equally to everyone, whether they feel spiritually distant or close to him. The image of "fruit of the lips" suggests that our words, especially words of comfort and truth, come from God's design and power.
