Isaiah 54:8
“In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment; but with everlasting loving kindness I will have mercy on you,” says Yahweh your Redeemer.”
What does Isaiah 54:8 mean?
God is acknowledging that there have been times when His people felt abandoned, when His face seemed hidden from them because of their unfaithfulness.
