Isaiah 20:3
“Yahweh said, “As my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and a wonder concerning Egypt and concerning Ethiopia,”
What does Isaiah 20:3 mean?
God commanded Isaiah to do something shocking: walk around Jerusalem naked and barefoot for three years as a living warning to the people. This wasn't meant to humiliate the prophet, but to grab everyone's attention and make them think about what was coming. Isaiah's exposed, vulnerable appearance was meant to show how Egypt and Ethiopia would be stripped bare and conquered, losing their power and dignity. Sometimes God calls people to do hard or uncomfortable things so that others might wake up and pay attention to what really matters.
